Donor Tree Packages are sized to fit walls that are approximately 8’ high. However, if your available space is larger or smaller, let us know and we can modify the design to make sure it fits and looks great on your wall. CLICK HERE to fill in our intake form to get your donor tree underway!

Do you need to add a few more leaf or bird donor elements to one of the above packages in order to make your wall complete?
- add 1 personalized donor elements (leaf or bird) for $60
- add 5 personalized donor elements (leaf or bird) for $200 ($40 each)
- add 10 personalized donor elements (leaf or bird) for $350 ($35 each)
- add 25 personalized donor elements (leaf or bird) for $750 ($30 each)

Artwork Requirements For Your Custom Design:
Do you have your own artwork or design idea that you would like to submit? We encourage you to get creative, however due to production concerns certain graphic consider.
Minimum Thickness of Wood: 0.25" (7mm)
Please ensure each element of your custom shape is at least 0.25” thick (7mm). For example if you have a Tree silhouette, make sure its tree trunk is at least 0.25" thick. We need to ensure that when each wooden accent is cut out, each component is thick enough that it won’t snap. We also need to ensure there is enough surface area to apply adhesive
Overall size of Custom Wood Accents must be at least 2" x 2"
Please ensure your custom shape wood accent is at least 2" x 2", whatever shape it may be. If it is any smaller we may run into production concerns.
Engraved Graphics Minimum Line Thickness: 1 pt thick (0.5mm)
Please ensure any graphics or lines are at least 1 pt thick. It is possible to engrave a thinner line, however it appears very faint and light in color.
Minimum Font Size: 8 pts
Please ensure any font is at least 8pts in size. It is possible to engrave smaller text, however it appears very faint and light in color.
When you have your design finalized, please submit the artwork as a vector Ai, Eps, or Pdf file. You can upload your file during the personalization section of the check out process. Or you can email your files to sale@eclipseawards.com.
How The Design & Quote Process Works:
Its easy! Simply share your original idea and any sketches, graphics, or verbiage you may need incorporated. If you do not have any of those items not to worry, our expert team knows exactly what questions to ask to get your original concept award idea started. Click here to send us your custom idea!
Once we have discussed your vision, your budget, desired quantity and timeline a graphic designer will be assigned to your order to create two totally original award concepts for to to review. You can choose your favorite design to refine and develop further until we have arrived at a custom award perfectly suited for your event or special occasion.
Once we have determined the final details of your Original Concept award design (such as size, materials, decorative options, quantity), we can provide you the final cost of each award. When you proceed with the production of your custom award design a $250 credit will be applied to your order.

Share your unique award idea, & the needs of your event. Please send any graphics, sketches or text you may have.
Step 2
We design an original concept award based on your needs. Once design is approved, we can finalize the quote.
Step 3
After you approve your design and quote, we move forward with production and delivery!
What Does An Original Concept Award Package Cost & What Does It Include?
If you would like to proceed with the Original Concept Award Design Package, the initial fee is $500 and includes:
- Two initial design concepts
- Up to 5 free design revisions on one Original Concept Award design
- One set of final to-scale specification drawings
- A price quote that is valid for 3 months
- $250 credit towards the production of any custom pieces (must be used within 6 months)
Once you have approved your Original Concept Award design, we can determine the final cost per piece and generate a shipping quote.
The Minimum Price Per Piece Will Be As Follows:
- 1-24 pieces: starting at $500 each
- 25-49 pieces: starting at $450 each
- 50-99 pieces: starting at $375 each
- 100-250 pieces: starting at $300 each
- 250+ pieces: starting at $250 each
These prices will apply for delivery within 8-12 weeks from artwork approval.
Deduct $40 per piece for lead times of 16+ weeks from artwork approval.
