Prices include all custom design, unlimited artwork changes, all personalization and markings. There are no setup charges or hidden fees. Only taxes (within Canada) and shipping are extra.

We primarily work with crystal, glass, and wood - timeless, eco-friendly materials that people love to hold, feel and touch. As part of our earth-friendly commitments, we do not work with plastics like lucite or acrylic, which helps to ensure our awards and trophies are eco-friendly.

Our standard lead time is 15 business days, from the date you confirm your order to your in-hands date. This includes a customized design process with artwork proof and approval, production time, packing and transit time to your desired location. For orders required in less than 15 days, we provide 5 levels of Rush service down to as little as one or two days.
