Orders: Custom Trophies & Awards
Are you an international client, located outside of Canada and the USA, interested in ordering from Eclipse Awards? If so, we encourage you to consider local suppliers first. However we do have many clients located throughout the world that still seek us out for the unique custom trophy designs and eco-friendly awards that we offer. We have over 25 years of experience shipping internationally to far away locations such as Moscow, South Africa, Vietnam, Switzerland.

Shipping International Orders
We ship all international orders via air freight with our shipping partner UPS. We have a preferred relationship with UPS that provides us with special international shipping rates, as well as a direct service hotline that helps us to resolve any issues that may arise.
Eclipse Awards is located in Vancouver, Canada, which is a port city and an air hub to the Pacific Rim and beyond. For logistics, we are well situated as a global supplier.
International shipping rates vary by the size of shipment and the destination. Typically only one level of service is available to international destinations. To give you an idea of potential freight costs, we’ve provided some examples of shipping rates to various countries for a few of our most popular awards and trophies.

Payment Options for International Orders
All international orders are charged in USD. To initiate your order, we require an 80% prepaid non-refundable deposit, with the balance due upon delivery. Note that we cannot ship your order until your deposit has been paid. We can accept payment by credit card or EFT.
International Delivery and Lead Time
When ordering from outside of Canada or the US, please allow 3-4 weeks lead time when ordering custom awards and trophies from our Awards Collection. If you require an Original Concept Award, please allow 2-3 months for design, production and delivery.
Time Zones for International Client Orders
Eclipse Awards, based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, operates on Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7h) from March 14 to November 7, and Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8h). Our office hours are 9am-5pm local time, Monday to Friday. Check the current local time in Vancouver here. To simplify coordination across time zones, we suggest using email for international orders and inquiries. Rest assured, we reply to all emails within one business day.
International Customs and Duties
International shipments beyond Canada and the US may have taxes or duties imposed by the destination country that are beyond our control. For your convenience and to expedite delivery, Eclipse Awards will prepay any such charges on your behalf, then invoice you for those charges, along with supporting documentation. Note that it can take up to 90 days following delivery for UPS to notify us of these charges.
